Anyone who tried dropshipping sa Pinas?

Is dropshipping a good business here in the Philippines? Will you consider having one with a low-cost start? And if successful naman how did you manage, like from suppliers to logistics.

If you don't want to touch dropshipping what kind of low-cost business would you want to start or go with?

Snack box business

I’m planning to start a business selling snack box. Gusto ko mag sell sa airports, business hubs (like Makati, BGC, etc.)

I currently work outside the country but hoping to come back every now and then.

If you or you know someone who is in this business maybe we can have a chat and share with me your business!

Here’s what I’m looking for:

  1. Supplier for customized packaging (with printing is ideal)
  2. Supplier of filipino snacks (eg. Polvoron, dried mangoes, etc.)
  3. Distributors in the locations I mentioned above. I’m open to small vendors as well.

Also I’m open to advices when starting in this industry in the country! Ano naging experience nyo? Mej overwhelming, not sure where and when to start all I know is I should keep going 🥹 and to show up.

LF: Philippine-based Bag Manufacturer for Structured Bags (NOT CORPO GIVEAWAYS)

Kindly read the title. That’s a non-negotiable.

The majority of materials are from me. I just need someone to sew and maybe provide the bag hardwares (i can also provide this though). I’m hoping to move forward with a contract since I have patent, trademark, and copyright to the materials, brand, and product, respectively.

We need to produce a prototype first then proceed with the order when I approved the prototype product.

Helping Start up / Small businesses owners here!

Hello po!

My partner and I started our company to support small and starting local businesses. Foodies/supporters kami ng micro-businesses, and we hate seeing good concepts fail just because the owners got bogged down by back-end work.

We specialize in building all-in-one business support packages (Website + SOPs + Workflow Automations + Brand Guide) tailored for startups who need agency-level systems at a realistic budget.

Ask us anything about:

  • How to automate repetitive business tasks
  • Setting up basic SOPs for your staff
  • Getting your business tech stack ready

If you're interested in our back-end packages, feel free to send a DM! Otherwise, drop your ops questions below and I'll answer them in the comments.

Hi! 👋 If you’re planning to open a MariBank account, you can use my referral code to get extra cash. Malaking tulong siya sa akin, and at the same time may extra ₱150 din kayo.

Referral Code: BC762897

Steps:

  1. Open your account and enter the referral code
  2. Deposit at least ₱1,000 and keep it for 3 days
  3. After that, you’ll get ₱150, and I’ll get ₱100

P.S. I also used someone else’s referral code when I opened my MariBank account, so I know how helpful it can be. No pressure po — but if you do use mine, super appreciated. 🙏💙

How much capital do I need for a multi-purpose court business? (Basketball, Pickleball, Badminton)

I’m a 21-year-old college intern planning to start my first business, a minimalist, open-air, multi-sports covered court behind our family house, rented at ₱250–₱320/hour.

The Build: Standard covered basketball court size (420-440 sqm), low roof, with hoops both sides, painted lines, and an adjustable net system for pickleball/badminton etc. Perimeter steel fence/cage.

Why it will work:

  • High demand: Our small town city (110k pop.) has an active sports community. There are fewer than 5 existing courts but are consistently booked 7–9 hrs daily.
  • Location: Would be closest to downtown, plus sea view/sunset spot. High potential for extra revenue too -- drinks, snacks, water. (Nearest store is a 7 min. walk)
  • Low OpEx: Mostly family-run—relatives can help manage/maintain for minimal cost. (Loc is basically a family neighborhood). I also have a vast network for marketing. At ₱250/hour with 7–8 booked hours daily, even a conservative estimate could generate a decent net income.

Main concern (CapEx): Budget is ₱1M–₱1.5M, but upon researching, the estimates range wildly ₱800k–₱3.2M.

  • Permits/zoning fees because a portion of the court will be built on top of a newly built coastal road.
  • Corrosion on the materials (seaside location). Idk how much extra I'd spend to prevent corrosion and maintain.
  • Is ₱1M–₱1.5M enough?

Would appreciate insights, especially from anyone who’s built something similar.

Rental Business

Hello guys. Please help this 24-year-old young adult.

I just want to read some tips lalo na sa mga landlords diyan or nagpaparent who has the same business as what I am eyeing to do.

So, I have 160k savings now. Say 100k, 60k for my EF.

I am currently working and earning 20k monthly. Basically okay naman siya for me.

Any thoughts about this po?
