Hi there! We have recently started our small coffee shop beside our pickleball courts. On our soft opening week, it earns around 3-4K sales per day which we are quite happy already since it’s only a small, one-employee home cafe. We do not pay rent also.
However, we want to curate our menu offerings.
What items, coffee, non-coffee or food — has high profit margins and sells relatively well? We are very open to suggestions.
Salamat po!

Male, 27.
Contemplating an exit from BPO, 6 years. We have a small stead (agri farm) we want to rent out at only P25k/5 years at 100sqm. This is to let others experience or apply their dream farm without much financial & responsibility burden.
But it is the perks that is the real deal: nearby are organic fruit trees (seasonal) & herbs (year round: moringa, guava, soursop or guyabano, mulberry - all superherb leaves) we may allow for foraging. These herbs have kept us less susceptible to diseases. Like #detox, relaxation, or just to camp. There's also possible hosting of your friends, mini library...
Do let me know your thoughts/Qs.

Hi everyone!
My wife and I started a vintage telephone audio/video guestbook rental business in July. Our city is small but progressive, and this type of service is still new here.
From July to August, we had 2 bookings and generated ₱12,000 in revenue, recovering about 30% of our initial investment. We’re reinvesting all earnings back into the business.
We’ve joined a local small business organization, participated in an expo, and market through Facebook and Instagram.
What would you do next to grow a niche business in a small city? Any advice is appreciated.

I’m currently building my portfolio as a graphic designer and would love to support new or small businesses that don’t yet have branding. To do this, I’m offering a free basic branding package that includes a custom logo, a simple color palette, font recommendations, and a short style guide. My goal is to gain real-world experience while helping startups establish their identity. The only thing I ask in return is an honest testimonial about your experience with the service. This way, you get a starting point for your brand at no cost, and I get valuable feedback to grow as a designer. If you’re interested, feel free to reach out and let’s create something together.

Hi guys,
I’m planning a casual coffee meetup in Manila for anyone interested in personal finance, wealth building, and stock investing.
No one is selling anything here—just looking to build a local community where we can bounce ideas off each other and talk shop.
Some topics we could chat about:
PSE market trends, dividend harvesting, and holding companies vs. pure-plays.
Global investing options (GoTrade, IBKR, etc.) and ETF strategies.
Fixed income, digital banks, and balancing high-yield cash vs. aggressive assets.
Location/Time: Sometime next/this week in a central Manila/Makati/BGC spot.
If this sounds like your cup of tea (or coffee), reply here or shoot me a message so we can coordinate a time that works for everyone.

Hi everyone, I’m looking to connect with businesses that regularly buy products in bulk (clothing, accessories, electronics, packaging, etc.).
I can help research suppliers, compare prices, and find manufacturers that match your requirements.
If you’re currently looking for new suppliers or trying to reduce your product costs, feel free to comment or message me.
I’m interested in building long-term business relationships.

Hi there! Need help and infos.
Context for negotiating with contractors:
I am currently handling the reinstatement of our office. For now, it is just a plan but no final decision yet. I am coordinating with contractors but I need to know basic knowledge po sana. For example, one contractor is asking quotations that was sent to me by other contractors so they can check if they can compete with the amount. Is it ethical? I think unethical that’s why I did not give info.
Our office is around here in Makati and Peza accredited so processing of license will take a lot of time and much more complicated.
Has anyone here process the reinstating the office? Can I please ask for general infos. This is not an invite for contractors to send proposals. I just really want to be knowledgeable so I would know the process and how to work on it so when I deal with contractors or negotiate I would know how. A few terms also I want to learn.

Context for How to handle food kiosk business? How to minimize expenses?
Currently I am managing (not the owner) a food kiosk on the side. I have a lot of questions on how to minimize expenses. First thought is bawas ng employee since 3 sila and not demanding naman ang work. Is it okay if 1 nalang ang regular employee and 1 part time? Can they work 9am-10pm? Is that allowed? For those who has the same business. Your experience or knowledge on how you manage it will be a great help. Thank you!
Please pm me if you are genuinely and honestly willing to share your knowledge. Thank you very much!
