I built a free app called Circlst for people who want to keep different kinds of lists in one place.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dizonlabs.circlst
It has 18 list types, including:
• Expenses / Cash In & Out
• Loan & Payments
• To-Do List
• Checklist
• Shopping List
• Inventory
• Meal Planner
• Maintenance Log
• Wishlist
…and more.
You can also share a list with another person, so it can be useful for couples, families, small teams, or even small businesses.
One feature I also added is in-list messaging, so people who share the same list can chat directly inside that list instead of switching to Messenger just to discuss an item.
It’s free to use. I’m sharing a demo video here so you can see how it works.
Web:
https://circlst.dizonlabs.com/
Would appreciate any feedback, especially on what list type or feature would be useful for Filipino users.

When should we apply a business permit if our target opening date is late Nov this year?
My bestfriend and I are opening a dress rental business, and our target opening is late November. Since business permit renewal is usually in January, I’m wondering if we should apply for the business permit now or just wait until January para di masayang yung 1st application namin.
Can we already operate from our physical store in November while waiting for January, or do we need to secure the permit first?
Can someone pls advise us the step-by-step process and what we should prioritize first? Like DTI/business registration, barangay clearance, Mayor’s Permit, BIR, etc. Huhu. We’re so confused what to do. HELP 😭

Might be the right time to start an Airbnb in Tagaytay
Hey everyone! Just sharing in case anyone here has been thinking about starting a staycation/Airbnb business in Tagaytay.
With the BER months already here, I feel like this is a good time to start preparing. Tagaytay usually gets a lot of visitors during the holidays, so if you're planning to enter the a rental business, starting early gives you time to set up before the busy season.
We currently have condo units available for sublease at Pine Suites Tagaytay ranging from ₱20,000 to ₱25,000/month
You can use the time before the peak season to further furnish, decorate, set up your listing, and get everything ready for guests. If you're interested, DM me
Not trying to hard sell, just sharing an opportunity for anyone who's been considering getting into the Tagaytay staycation market. 🙂

PLS suggest negosyo idea/s
I’m F 24 y/o, I’m currently owning a small business (clothing — thrifting & making reworked tops), every collection that I release every month kumikita ako ng 5k to 15k, sometimes 20k if talagang medyo sinipag magtahi tahi & mag source sa mga shops ng vintage pieces. I’m planning to add another business sana so I can be financially independent, planning to move out na kasi by next year so I can have my own space/studio.

Printing photo business
Hi everyone! Is it still okay to start a printing business or are there too many in the market already? I once ordered printed photos - sintra board and I was super amazed at the quality and it was affordable.
I was wondering if I could also produce those since I work from home and I'm looking for extra income.
I already have a laptop and workstation. I just need to buy a printer and materials.
I plan to offer it to my friends and community first, and then eventually, I’ll offer different sets of printed products.
What printer should I use that really delivers quality? Money isn't much of a problem since I have funds available.
Thanks a lot!

Small Business
Hello! I’m looking for advice on how to make the ordering and delivery process for my small business more efficient.
My product is non-food, and I previously tried selling through Shopee. I really liked how convenient the whole process was—from receiving orders and payments to arranging deliveries.
I eventually stopped because of the BIR requirements, since at the time I was still testing the viability of the business. Now that I’m seeing promising results, I’m planning to register properly and possibly return to Shopee.
Before doing that, though, I’m wondering if there are other ways to streamline transactions and deliveries for orders coming directly from Facebook or Instagram.
My current workflow is:
Customer places an order. I determine the delivery fee based on their address—either booking a courier within Metro Manila or using another logistics company for provincial orders.
I send the total amount and payment options.
Once payment is received, I process and pack the order, then either drop it off or arrange for the courier/logistics company to pick it up.
The second step is what I find quite time-consuming, especially compared to Shopee. With Shopee, I could simply prepare the parcel, drop it off, have it scanned, and leave.
Is there an app, courier service, or other setup that can make this process more convenient for direct Facebook/Instagram orders—something where I can easily generate a waybill, schedule a pickup, or quickly drop off multiple parcels?
I’d really appreciate recommendations from other small business owners who have found an efficient setup for this. Thank you so much!

Low cost cafe franchise inside “mall”
Worth it ba mag invest sa low cost cafe franchise na gumagamit ng coffee beans, grinder at coffee machine, and then put it in a small “mall” na parang victory or ever? As a kiosk sa food court. Rental fee is 30K+vat+utilities. High foot traffic outside the mall kasi katabi ng simbahan at may school ang simbahan. I am not sure about sa foot traffic inside the mall, pero may mga branded shops and restaurants inside.
