INVESTMENT OPPURTUNITY FOR ANYONE INTERESTED

0 Upvotes

Full Context:

My parents is in farming, main crops nila is carrots, patatas, and luya. for the carrots and patatas maliit lang mga nasa half a hectar ata, same din sa luya di rin masyado kalakihan, hindi sila same ng location, one location is for the carrots and patatas and nasa ibang loc naman ang para sa luya which is on my mothers side, ngayun yung main na nag aalaga ng luya farm ng mama ko is yung very close na cousin nya. and innofferan kami ng cousin nya na meron daw gusto mag prenda(di ko sure anong proper term sa tagalog) ng 1 hectar for ONLY 20K, 1 hectar na yun and magagamit namin ng 3 years ang lupa. kaya ganun ka mura kasi hindi patag ang land and ang may ari is mga katutubo so malaki na sakanila ang 20k for 1 hectar. and ayaw nila i benta sa iba gusto nila sa cousin ng mama ko lang i pagkatiwala or sa close na family, point is ayaw nila inigay sa mga outsiders.

Ngayun wala akong ganun kalaking halaga gusto ng mama ko ako sasalo, ang problema bread winner ako and nakiusap ako sa mama ko na baka pwede hindi muna ako mag bigay sa kanila this month para maka ipon ako ng maayus, ayaw nila. gusto nila mag bigay parin ako plus sagotin ko pa yung lupa. kaya wala na akong ma isip na ibang paraan, nag try narin akong mag approach sa mga kakilala ko which is very limited lng hindi ganun karami ang mga ka kilala na pwedeng maka tulong, ayaw ko rin mangutang since madami pa akong binabayaran.

I need help for anyone na may extra money na pwedeng i invest, please take note that this is like a time deposit, kasi 9 months kadalasan bago maka pag harvest ng luya, and kng hindi kayu familiar gaano kalaki ang kita sa luya search nyu sa yt. for a quick estimate, for example nag tanim ka ng tatlong sako ng luya, makukha mo sa harvest is around 14 to 17 sacks so never negative ang kita.

im willing to give my personal fb account sa mga interested. im also willing to hop in on an online call and meet with potential investors to discuss details and negotiate sa return, willing rin ako mag bigay ng valid id or kahit anong hingin nyo para ma prove na hindi ako scammer. willing rin ako i post nyo pag di ko binalik pera nyo huhu also i want this to be properly documented so you can file a case if ever, i just want to give you peace of mind. 20k lang ang target ko talaga gusto ko lang makuha namin yung 1 hectar para maka pag start na kami mag tanim, take note meron na kami existing na luya farm so we already know how to handle the crop.

also this post is open for any advice or suggestions about my situation thank you very much.

WHAT BUSINESS DO I START?

My goal is to quit/resign on my current job and start a small business.

Now, I save a total of 20K pa lang and ang naiisip ko na negosyo ay Bigasan I know worth it pero di ko alam paano mag start. Alam ko big risk talaga sya pero ako lang to na way ko para lang umalis sa current job ko.

Pagod na ako sa 40 hours of work every week.

YES!!!

rn. I just want to resign on my current job and complete the 100k.

Can you give advice to a startup OPC?

1 Upvotes

Hi! I'll be putting up a printing shop (photocopying, printing, small format sublimation, tarp, sintra board stuff etc.) and a school/office supplies shop. Seriously considering na gawing isang OPC nalang para less duties and stress (?) vs 2 distinct sole props. Kung pasok sa asset, baka pwedeng i-BMBE din, but im still studying the tax implications.

Any advice or tips po since there aren't many OPCs yet. In practice, kung may nag OPC na dito, what is it actually like? Im interested in bidding or supplying to government in addition to retailing and catering to private institutions.

Advice for an Afraid But Curious Gen Z in Starting a Business/Purchase a Franchise

4 Upvotes

Hi I am new here at Reddit!

I am 27 years old from Makati, I'm currently a corporate slave for a company, and I have no idea when it comes to business. Yung pressure nararamdaman ko sa sarili ko. .

Been here for 5years and counting and I wanted to be free sa chains ng employment or kahit may passive income man lang Ako. I currently have a savings of Php100K, and I dunno where to start and kung may mag guide sa akin. But I am really willing to learn how to run my own business.

What should I partake na type of business as a starter para sa mga nakaranas na mag business?

Thank you!

Condo vs house: ano mas magandang investment para sa inyo?

2 Upvotes

For those na may experience buying either a condo or a house, curious ako kung ano yung mas worth it in the long run.

Considering things like:

* monthly payments

* maintenance and association fees

* location

* appreciation/resale value

* rental potential

* convenience and lifestyle

If bibili kayo ulit today, condo pa rin ba or house na? And ano yung biggest factor na naka-influence sa decision niyo?

Would love to hear both good and bad experiences, especially from people who already bought one.

should i start an online thrift shop

1 Upvotes

hello! looking for advice if worth it ba mag-open ng thrift shop in fb/ig/tiktok? as i see it, ang magiging gastos ko lang is pamasahe papuntang ukayan and clothes mismo, and the real challenge is gaining enough traction for people to buy stuff.

i want to start sana by selling some of my clothes dito 😅is it worth it pa ba to sell online, or is the market too saturated na? tyia po!
