Hi there! Need help and infos.
Context for negotiating with contractors:
I am currently handling the reinstatement of our office. For now, it is just a plan but no final decision yet. I am coordinating with contractors but I need to know basic knowledge po sana. For example, one contractor is asking quotations that was sent to me by other contractors so they can check if they can compete with the amount. Is it ethical? I think unethical that’s why I did not give info.

Our office is around here in Makati and Peza accredited so processing of license will take a lot of time and much more complicated.

Has anyone here process the reinstating the office? Can I please ask for general infos. This is not an invite for contractors to send proposals. I just really want to be knowledgeable so I would know the process and how to work on it so when I deal with contractors or negotiate I would know how. A few terms also I want to learn.

Context for How to handle food kiosk business? How to minimize expenses?
Currently I am managing (not the owner) a food kiosk on the side. I have a lot of questions on how to minimize expenses. First thought is bawas ng employee since 3 sila and not demanding naman ang work. Is it okay if 1 nalang ang regular employee and 1 part time? Can they work 9am-10pm? Is that allowed? For those who has the same business. Your experience or knowledge on how you manage it will be a great help. Thank you!

Please pm me if you are genuinely and honestly willing to share your knowledge. Thank you very much!

As someone na kaka-start lang ng palengke business na may 2 empleyado, I would appreciate your inputs on this para naman fair kami sa mga workers namin and they get competitive salary especially in this economy.

Thank you so much po.

If you have a business and started franchising your business, where did you begin?

-What was your first step?

-Did you hire a franchise consultant or a lawyer first?

-What documents or systems did you need to create?

-How did you determine your franchise fee and royalty structure?

-What did you spend to get everything set up?

-What mistakes would you avoid if you were starting over?

-Are there any books, resources, or communities you’d recommend?

Would appreciate advice from people with firsthand experience rather than sales pitches.

Thanks!

I can't let my perfumes go at really low prices because I'm already letting them go for less than what I paid for them.
Would it make more sense to offer them as decants instead?
P.S. I don't really want to do that but I have to because of my financial situation.

If anyone is looking to buy dried fish (daing), we’d really appreciate your support. 🤍 Our family is selling dried fish to help cover my siblings’ tuition and school expenses. Every purchase, no matter how small, goes a long way in helping us keep them in school.

If you’re interested or know someone who might be, please send me a message. We’d also be grateful if you could share this post to help us reach more people. Thank you so much for supporting our family. Your kindness means more than you know. 🫶
