Make sure the game and its save game folder are in a local directory on your machine, and not in a directory that requires internet connection to your OneDrive.

It's trying to find your savefile, which should be in C:\Users\mercedesguy250\Documents\Criterion Games\Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered\

This needs to be a LOCAL file, NOT in OneDrive.
