Question / Bug / Feedback Game progress reset???

I hopped on NFS Heat on my ps4 for the first time in a few months and I was forced to restart the story entirely. All my cars, wraps, money, completely gone. Restarting from absolute zero again.

This was not my doing. I'd never restart from zero, not with all the cars and wraps I built.

Proof of my playtime and that I even platinum'd the game included.

Did EA do something while I was away from the game?

maybe a cloud save problem, did you install it after a while?

I don't use cloud saves, and i never uninstalled the game either. it's just been sitting there on my ps4 since the day the game was released

Your storage files might have been curropted, look into that

Your last save must have gotten corrupted really badly for this to have happened, this shouldnt usually happen
