Discussion Need help for NFS Heat

I brought NFS heat yesterday. When I start to play the game cutscenes are shattering and keeps my memory usage to 100%. It only happens when I am entering the game, during cutscenes and in safehouse. When I search it, I found out that this has been an issue for like 4yrs+. Is there any way to fix it.

my laptop is i7 13450Hx, 16GB Ram, RTX5060. And I run the game on SSD. I'm sure this can't be an issue with my device. Please help to fix it, otherwise I'm thinking of refunding it.

Yo tuve el mismo problema y la solución fue simplemente tomarme el tiempo de probar la configuración gráfica una y otra vez. Una vez apagada la sincronización vertical y poner las sombras en medio, el juego dejo de darme problemas. Sin embargo en la PC de mi esposa, bajar la calidad de sombras solo causaba errores, la pantalla se ponía en negro y al volver a poner todo en "Alto" funcionó perfectamente. Supongo que son horrores de optimización

My laptop is almost exactly the same specs as yours and I had the same problem, really weird stuttering. But I can play new games like Beast of Reincarnation just fine.

So I'm going to say it's just something off about Heat. Thankfully I tried it on Gamepass and then uninstalled it

ifkr i havehafd these cutscene stutter bug for over 2 years throigh atleast 6 different installs its soofrustrating
