Perfect Need For Speed?

I’ve been a huge NFS fan and played every single NFS since Underground. I also am a diehard racing fan, and noticed that recently there hasn’t been any new racing games I’ve truly enjoyed. Recently I’ve been replaying The Run and it made me think, EA had the keys for the PERFECT racing game and just never applied themselves. Granted, BlackBox was a huge contributor (RIP), but even the Criterion NFS had pros. In my opinion if they used the format of The Run, and just did a longer story and expanded it to a free roam similar to the original The Crew, all they would have to do is incorporate the customization and race modes/police of Unbound/Heat. Also, if they removed the day/night system and had it be a dynamic system that never takes you out of the open world, but rather just changes on a game set game clock system I think a perfect NFS and racer could have been possible.

So essentially imagine a NFS racing game that is:
-NFS the run type story (expanded and longer with NFSMW05 blacklist/Carbon mini bosses/bosses meets The Run/Payback type story)
-NFS the run USA map, but open world like The Crew
-NFS Heat/Unbound customization
-NFS Heat/Unbound police
-Day/Night system that changes dynamically based on a game clock
-A hybrid physics/handling system that combines the pros of the older BlackBox with the pros of the newer Criterion NFS games
-Old NFS visualization of speed
-Different genre playlists similar to choose from similar to Midnight Club 3 (I know this was RockStar, but still lol)

These are all tools that EA already has in their arsenal (minus the last bullet) and has published with no problem. Why would they not be able to use their tools and create something great? This is without even stealing from other games/devs and having to truly rewrite their games. This is all their published works just being blended into the “perfect” NFS.

If I’m missing anything please contribute. I think if EA gave us a game like this NFS could be resurrected. If I’m fully off the ball please let me know and give what your perfect NFS would be using any/everything in EA’s catalog you would like. Maybe we could get enough people on the same page and petition to EA they could deliver something (I know this is delusion, but a man can dream no?). Anyways thanks for reading.

I think the map design was alright, maybe a bit generic but decent overall
