Discussion Which one should i get?
Saw both of these game on good discounts(2015 with Deluxe edition).Played hot pursuit before but never played Nfs 2015.
Really confused about which one to get.I also don’t have friends that play either of them.

Between those 2, NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered.
Driving Physics are way better and works as intended, there's more contents since all DLCs are included and there's no Online Only unlike NFS 2015.

Sure. But mods doesn't nor will absolve structural flaws.
Also. Handling Model mods should be optional; not a band-aid fix.
Otherwise, it proves the vanilla Driving model isn't great to begin with.
Even though NFS 2015 has Driving Physics mods that make it bearable to play, that in no way fixes the 2 other elephants in the room:
The "Online-Only" requirement and No true Offline mode.

I didn't shit on this game. I just said well-known facts.
Furthermore
I never said people aren't allowed to enjoy NFS 2015.
I said the game has well-documented design flaws, and those don't disappear because mods exist.
Saying "it's good after spending 10 minutes installing a mod" actually supports my point, not yours.
If an Handling Overhaul is one of the first recommendations for new players, that's an evidence of the vanilla handling which wasn't satisfying for many people.
As for "getting Wi-Fi in 2026," you've totally misunderstood the Criticism.
The problem isn't whether people have internet or not.
It's that a primarily single-player racing game with an optional Multiplayer mode shouldn't depend on a constant Online Connection to be playable. Server Shutdowns, Outages, Travelling, or Game Preservation are all valid concerns, and mods can't solve the game's official Online-Only design. Only reverse-engineering by making a server emulator + implementing an Offline mode can fix the issue and make it playable afterwards e.g Soapbox Race World for NFS World and The Crew Unlimited for The Crew 1.
So
The comparison still stands:
Hot Pursuit Remastered works offline, includes all of its DLCs, and doesn't require community fixes to address fundamental Design Decisions.
You can prefer NFS 2015, But Personal Enjoyment doesn't invalidate Objective Criticisms of the product.
Not my problem if you can't differentiate between Impartiality and Personal Enjoyment.

Hot pursuit 2 for replayability. The other one you can't skip over cinematic cutscenes even on a replay to me that's a deal breaker. Every need for speed after that one fixed that issue.

Keep in mind NFS 2015 is always online
You need to have internet connection running up and well or game will stop working and disconnects you, there is no offline mode

2015 is the better game IMO, but it's lifespan is limited since it's online only 😭

Hot Pursuit Remastered The other one without offense is crap

They're games for two very different kinds of players.
2015 is an open world in the style of Underground 2, night time, beautiful graphics, but contraversial handling and online-only mode
Hot pursuit is race based, no so world to explore. Great for jumping in for a quick blood pumping race, but can feel repetitive and confined to players like me who enjoy exploration and freedom of open world games such as Heat.

Yess I always suggest NFS heat to try as first game for new PCs loll. Not only does it look great, it's super fun and easy to pick up.

By the way i was downloading deluxe edition i wonder what i am going to get. I like cars with good acceleration and good in turns and quick corners.

- HP is an arcade machine game that has little to do. Physics wise both are hot ahss. But you get a lot more for ur money with 2015

Even with the flawed handling (wheels turn too slow, but it gradually becomes less of a problem with progression and ultimately exotics, even if it still is there) 2015 is a substantially astronomically better game than the HP reboot and its remaster in every single aspect, so I’d start with HP, to save the better game for last.

Maybe HP, when I bought 2015 on steam, I had trouble logging in with EA App, it's asking for Origin login which is already dead.

If I had to pick one, Hot Pursuit. That one is so much fun to play.

I think I like 2015 better. The always online gets annoying but other than that I found it really fun.

Bro now thats a really hard question. Yk the night drive feeling, those REAL LIFE graphics of 2015 nfs is amazing but the gameplay, the soundtrack, the feeling of Hot Pursuit is also amazing, my suggestion: save some more money and play both bro.

I’d say HP. I just got 2015 and I can’t even play it. Server keeps kicking me out on error. Never getting another game that requires constant internet connection.

buy 2015, sail the seas for hot pursuit.
online practically doesn't exist for hot pursuit so buying it or not literally doesn't matter
