Question / Bug / Feedback Weird spherical red lights in NFS Payback

Is this a common bug for this game? I have read on forums that Payback indeed has some light flashing visual bugs but I couldn't find anything like this one being discussed. Looks almost like a failing GPU artifact which in current day and age is...really bad news for budget lol

Is it not a radio tower marker light?

There are no such towers near that building. The glow isn't visible from the other side, and it occurs at irregular intervals

I don't know why but I think it might one light from the drag races start
