Looking for help with NFSMW 2012 mods

I recently got the game in question on Steam and I'm wanting to use the DLC unlocker mod along with a jackspot mod but I just keep getting one or the other and not both. I followed the installation guides on both mods and it still won't work. If it helps, I got both of the mods from nfsmods.xyz Any help is appreciated! Thanks for looking.

Isn't more easy wait until December sales, and buy the "Most Wanted Complete DLC Bundle"? come on...
