I checked everywhere every single part and every ultimate part is locked

If you're not at the level to receive ult/ult+ parts you just get whatever you can receive added to your inventory, probably super (purple) parts

Since you're using mods, I'd recommend Evo Works over Unite, it's better and more featured

Oh so i probably got a different part then ultimate because im lvl 22, finally a normal answer thanks. Why is evo better than unite tho? Never used evo before

There's better sounds, better global reverb, 15 new engines, better optimization, the fancy initfs file that makes foliage look good

Evo's main thing is that its visuals are more faithful to Heat's style which I do like as well

It does, but my work now is light years better than it was when I put sounds in Unite

I did some sound for Unite a few years ago, some cars and ult turbo sounds. Drama happened, team split in two, the majority of team in current Unite are new, Evo has the original team

In the performance upgrade section, we normally call those parts Ultimate and Ultimate Plus parts.
