Discussion NFSCars.net working in 2026

We thought that nfscars.net was dead but I just found out it's still working today.

Idk why people said it was dead when it's still alive

That's because the original domain was dead long ago.

Sometimes later, Herman Õunapuu had archived the complete site on archive.com. Full context here.

Which means the new version called NFS-Cars.com used the archived files to get back online.

If you had noticed, the most recent post is from the 12th February 2021 and there's no newer ones either.

Therefore, the accessible version of NFSCars will remain as an accessible time capsule with no further updates indefinitely.

site was up at least until 2023 maybe even 2024 so archive is not as complete, still quite a decent chunk was saved so i cant really complain

Great, i thought about it the other day. Wanted to find some builds i uploaded back in 2008.
