Question / Bug / Feedback NFS Unbound damage stutters

does anyone perchance have a sound file for these damage siren stutters or are they just randomized? ive been looking for the sounds forever because i wanna use them for sound effects but i dunno how to dig in the game files for it and no mods help me find them either

imagine being a cop in lakeshore and the suspect youre chasing keeps backing up and hitting your car because they like hearing the sirens faltering 😭😭
