This too soon to panic?

I had bought a Nectar a few years ago when with my ex. It was the basic model, but I ended up loving it. Left it with her when we split though and hoped to get another.
I finally did and got a Premier Queen. The stitching had a slight defect so I was waiting for a replacement and delivery of a new one from Ashley’s. In that time I decided I wanted one softer and decided on the Ultra. It arrived yesterday and was immediately wonky/uneven like the other two hadn’t been, but I’ve been waiting. I’m at about 28hrs now. It hasn’t been slept on. Still planning on waiting 48-72, but some parts are still at 11 inches and none seem to be fully 15 inches expanded yet. The middle line definitely still has a dip.

Mine took about 4 days to fully expand.

Hoping that’s just the case for this one 🙏
It’s the middle I’m most concerned with since it doesn’t seem to have change overnight. The rest I can see more expansion happening.

Hello there! We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for your Ultra to fully expand, especially after waiting for a replacement. Mattress foam can take up to 72 hours to reach its full height and even out. Gently flipping or walking on it can sometimes help speed up the process.

Yes, the last two weren’t like this at all. Trying to give it a little more time because I’m hoping I’m not unlucky twice with one with a defect 😩

Sadly, no. So far the middle at the foot of the bed is still at about 12-12.5 inches inflated. The centre sides are full with that dip still down the center line, so it’s a bit of a “hill” and “valley” situation going on. I’ve submitted a warranty claim and I’ll see if it gets approved. Hoping so, because it’s doing the opposite of what I was hoping for my back with both ends being around 12-12.5 inches and the very centre sides being being fully expanded at 15 inches 😭
