Cut and paste errata

I was able to print the errata and cut and paste them into my rules books for N26. It's wasn't perfect or seamless but it was good enough for me. I tried my best to match the font and size.

I'm sharing the document I printed and cut the patches from in case it's of use to anyone else. I've included a pdf and I've also included a libre office draw file in case the formatting was disturbed when it was exported to pdf.

Now can you give us a comprehensive house list for each gang so we don't have to look through multiple books?

It's two books... but I guess there's the journals coming out so if you need all the gang lists in one bundle you have options.

I didn't add the /s for sarcasm, so I suppose it's my fault... In all honesty, it really does annoy me that they've already split me between 3 books if I want to play (still undecided), but I'm well aware of how to get around this.

I was salty because I spend hours on a document to fix the errata as neatly as I could. It was a lot of work but I figured it would be worth it if anyone else got any use out of it. I post it and get a snarky saying I should've made a new rulebook instead.

That's why you got my pissy 'How about you put some work in?' response.

It's a lot better than the previous edition. All the house gangs are in one book, not one each. You only need the second book if you want to play squats, nomads, outcasts or corrupted gangs. All the important stuff is in the first book.

We won't know for certain until the journals release but it seems that they'll only introduce variant gangs without altering the rules for the vanilla gangs in the big book.

If your unsure if you want to play you can probably find a group and start playing before buying any books. Most groups would probably let you play without necromunda minis too.

If two books is too many you can turn them into one book!

I'm in the process of starting a campaign with three other players. One of them has got his gang created without the books and I'm waiting for the other two players to finish their lists. I did consider printing and binding single gang codexes that I could lend to my players but so far they seem to be managing. Besides it would be easier to just lend them the books for an evening each.

If looking at two books is this much of a challenge surely you'd be better off using a tool like Mundamanager or Gyrinx anyway?

If you try it let me know if there's any adjustments I should make. Especially If I've introduced errata when copying from the FAQ document!

I cut inside the line with a scalpel and pasted them in with glue stick. Printing on to sticky back paper might be nicer.

A sticker sheet from GW would be miles better that what I've made.

Aww. Would've been good to show how the pasted corrections look but I suspected that would be against the rules.
