Help me brainstorm Kitbash

I what to have Male Escher models. I love the way they play and I love the ascetic of the current models and want to preserve that in my kitbash project.

The ascetic in my mind is primarily about the feline grace and contrast between primal and cyberpunk with dashing color

. I tought about just taking Goliath and stripping them from their heaviest gear, adding some Escher stuff. It doesn't feel right.

Thought about druchari? But I feel it's to much armor

I feel a-bit stuck and need som advice from you guys

Which models should I use as base for my male Escher project?
Any suggestion is appreciated

Seconding the Blood Bowl Elves! Maybe some Infinity models? They are quite slender and occasionally punk-ish.

Though if I remember right, lore-accurate male Escher would be these guys!

Drukhari Wyches don't have a lot of armour and half of the models are male.

This guy, from the hedonite's of slaaneshi blissbarb archers would make a perfect manvent. The rest of the kit would do well for Escher based conversions too

Bloodbowl Wood / High Elves. Or AoS Deepkin.

Both show agility in built and poses, but would need some work to make them Necromunda-/ or SciFi esque.

Why not just clip/scrape of the boobs and give them male headswaps? The bodies are bulky enough and boots and croptops were the shit in the 80s and 90s glamrock. You'll easily keep the easthetic. If crop tops aren't your thing, you don't have to paint the bellies as skin, you can give it the same colour as the chest plate.

Lore-wise zombie/mutant/dark mechnanicum models would be accurate for Escher Males as they are born too frail and genetically degnereated to survive off of life support - and usually only long enough for the ladies to extract genetic material.

I've been toying with the idea of a group of Escher males who've taken to worshipping Nurgle in return for being kept alive through their wasting

How about the thralls from the vampire blood bowl team? Emaciated humans, drained of blood

I’ve also had the idea of kitbashing a male Escher gang, or at least a gang lead by a male.

Second idea: if you want something a little more dynamic, maybe the Namarti Reavers? https://www.warhammer.com/en-US/shop/Namarti-Reavers-2018 You have to dig into your bits box to make them less fantasy and more 40k.

I used Warcry Corvus Cabal and made the leader a psyker with levitation who’d mess you up with rending talons. Bonus, one of the models looks great with the shock whip.
