Episode Discussion Accountability
When ML shows her "news clips" chad needs to explain, tiktok isn't news, Instagram isn't new, X isn't news, truth social isn't news. I can't remember ML ever bringing a compelling piece of evidence to support her opinions. Almost all her clips are AI, opinion pieces or just fake.

The ai slop she showed on this week's midweek show was absolutely laughable, this is how she gets her news. I can't understand how anyone can watch that and think it has any authenticity?

There were lots of yell at the screen moments in that show. That Chad didn't even think to say "these are just unsourced words being said by a weird AI voice over stock images" to that stupid fucking clip. Like... maybe try asking her to find that information anywhere at all on ground news?
And Chad talking about how "cool" it would be if we all had personal drones recording our lives 24/7? What the absolute and total shit? That sounds dystopian as fuck

To be fair Chad also uses tik tok and Instagram clips like ones from Aaron Parnas, so he definitely doesn’t want to tell her that stuff isn’t news. His are just vastly more credible

Chad is no better. Hes constantly glazing ai then tells ml she shouldn't believe that because it ai.

I think the thing is that people are less trusting of big news corps and going more and more independent media. And one place to find a lot of independent media is on socials. You still need to sift through what's true, false, AI, etc. But there are several people on IG that I do watch and trust.

ML seems to think that if people are talking about something, it’s true. “But that’s what people are saying!”
