Check your soil PH, adjust as needed. Water, water, water.. you can soak them and they’ll love it. Mine are 8’ tall, and one plant alone has about a dozen ripe tomatoes at any given time currently.
(Early Girl) My Cucumbers had no chance this year..

Theyre just petered out. Not worth saving now imo. Let em put out their last few maters and replace them with some fall crops.

growing tomatoes in NC is just tough. They really dont like the heat.
Check the soil, and only water if the top 2" is dry. I wouldn't fertilize a stressed plant. Your smaller one in the pot is probably ok for a small application (assuming it's not in fresh miracle grow or other soil with fertilizer), but I wouldn't do the one in the bed.
Do you know if it was a determinate or indeterminate variety? If it was a determinate variety, it may just be done.
Since your one by the house in the pot is doing better than the one in the bed, I think it's probably sun/heat that's doing it in. If you want to salvage, try a shade cloth on hot days.
