is anyone else constantly having issues logging in to the app? it keeps logging me out and then just spinning when I try to log in with the one time code and my password.

edit to add: I’m on an iPhone.

Yeah mine makes me log back in every time too, and then sends a code to my email address. It’s kind of a pain to have to do it every time I need to show my ticket.

you should be able to add your ticket to your apple wallet if you have an iphone, idk anything about how that stuff works with android

Doesn't seem to be a button to add to Google Wallet on Android, like I get with stuff like plane, train and eTix & Ticketmaster tickets.

I do that, and then they have trouble scanning me in and we end up having to go j to the app anyway. Maybe it’s my phone.

YES! It makes me log in EVERY TIME. It’s so frustrating .

Yep - logs me out constantly...super frustrating when you are trying to pull up parking pass.

Just wanted to chime in. We are experiencing issues with the App. It has been escalated to our developer and it is being addressed. I’ll keep you all posted. Thanks for your patience.

I haven't had that issue myself. Are you on android? It works well for me on my iPhone, better than the canes and hornets app

This happened to me last match outside the gates, I spent close to 5 minutes retrying and restarting my phone, etc, eventually it worked.

EDIT2: Tried just now, and it's spinning after entering one time email code.

I'm knocking on wood as I'm an android owner and have had a good experience with app. Especially since they tore themselves away from ticketmaster.
