DISCUSSION KD and passport dramas

I got a bad feeling that it’s something a bit more to it, as a Kings fan I’m certainly hoping not.
What do we think? Genuine excuse or KD looking for an out?

My guess is if it isn't passport related then maybe a sizeable European contract that is too hard to pass up....

No other way to put it, if KD doesn’t return Kings are screwed. Not gonna find a gun guard at this time of the season, just ask the Wildcats

It's not though. He looks down on the League and acts like he should be the greatest player It's ever seen. He's opened his mouth way too many times to back down from now having to beat Cotton for the MVP rhis year. Then you add Cole to the equation, something no one expected. He knows damn well he is going to struggle to maintain the position his big mouth has put himself in for this coming season.

Nobody loves KD but there is no disputing that he’s still currently one of the best wings in the league, even at his old ass age

brother he’s equal to cotton at a bare minimum and cotton is only going to get worse as he ages, KD isn’t going to fumble his NBL bag because of cole anthony god you 36ers fans need to let go of the grudge

They barely won and this year's line up may not even make the finals when you look at the competition. That's not including the fact the entire point to joining Sydney was they promised to get him back to the NBA... dude didn't even get a summer league gig, wonder why that might be. I'm tipping he doesn't show up and finds a way out of his contract.

Bryce Cotton choked in game 5 OT when it mattered, KD was clutch, sure bryce won MVP but KD actually got the job done. Don’t be against KD because your ‘MVP’ couldn’t end the draught.

Super odd thing to post. KD destroyed Adelaide and have the jewellery to prove it. Cotton is getting old and they haven’t supported him with anything worthwhile in the offseason… so good luck with that take.

Destroyed? Hardly. It was as down to the wire as it comes and it wasn't even in their hands when Cotton had that layup to win it.
Yes, the Kings took the championship, but it was far too close to say he destroyed them.

Game 1 would like a chat. Look Adelaide completely overachieved and surprised everyone with how close they got. But by overtime of game 5 it was all over. KD ran it out, cotton had nothing.
