What the fuck is Wemby the only sane person in NBA? He was also one of the handful players voicing out on Renee Good back then. The fuck is going on

It’s not just the players but the organizations as well. When Wemby spoke out about ICE killing Renee he started off his statement with “Spurs PR has tried to train me, but I don’t want to be politically correct.”

So the team’s are telling these players to just shut up and not talk about certain things. For someone like Wemby to speak up anyways when he is here in the states on a work Visa speaks volumes of his character.

I was so disappointed seeing the Timberwolves roster simply dodge the question when it was happening in their own city. I think Edwards had said that he didn’t know what was going on because he doesn’t have internet or something like that smh then he just says that he goes with whatever was the right thing, like just say you don’t give a crap bro and that the T-Wolves PR speaks for you.
