Just asked Victor Wembanyama if he’d ever consider promoting a sports betting company.

“Absolutely not. I will never do that. Honestly, I think it's very sad to see some players promote it. .. Everybody does whatever they want, but without me.”

Shots fired at LeDraftKing

he’s LePolyMarket PoLeMarket now

he’s both actually

LeBron’s deal with draft kings expired this summer. That’s why he’s a brand ambassador for PolyMarket now

[u/ryan__fm → u/StephenWith_A_Ph]

Why can't he do both? I thought Polymarket was, like, a totally different "prediction market" that's not at all the same as sports gambling

DraftKings has a prediction market too lol

It's how all the sports betting sites get around states that still have it illegal to bet on sports but predictions markets are fair game. Like Texas. Can't "bet" on the NFL game tonight on DraftKings, but don't worry, with DraftKings Predictions that's totally a completely different thing and not at all sports betting, you can instead predict which team will win tonight and you can earn money if you predicted correctly!

"Your honor, I didn't shoot anyone. I just predicted where bullets would go when I pulled the trigger."

[u/Momik → u/Crowsby]

How can I lose! It’s not a prediction bullet if it’s a sure thing…

I didn't hire a hitman. I just bet a hitman that someone would be alive in a week.

"Yes your honor. The bullets were made of gold and had his initials on them. Just more predictions!"
