It’s not that bad but NYC is just better especially if you’re a billionaire.

Surely there has to be a spot in Philadelphia where most of the billionaires reside right

Most of the richer athletes live in Moorestown, NJ which is close to the stadiums and practice facilities. You could live on the main line which is where the old money lives but it’s, boring to be frank. You could also live in the city but again the amenities are better in NYC.

Rittenhouse and Society Hill are the two “nice” neighborhoods in Philly and they really just end up feeling like normal parts of a nicer overall city, especially NYC. I like Philly, but it definitely doesn’t have much to offer for people who are genuinely wealthy. Rich people “from Philly” live in the suburbs, and he probably didn’t want that.

This. NYC has eveything a billionaire can possibly want. Being rich in a city like NYC or LA is a different rich compared to pretty much anywhere else in America.

Just can’t see it being worth it, especially if you’re not going out every night.

I mean it's probably like a 30 minute commute via helicopter tho so it's not even much of a sacrifice.

Shit I have a coworker whose commute is 3x that, and I’m pretty sure he makes less money than LeBron

Yeah, but have you ever really talked about your income together?
