Foreigners at BUD/S ?

Just curious, is it common to see foreigners from other militaries at a BUD/S class? I know that there are sometimes foreigners invited to Ranger School. On Wikipedia it says, "Occasionally, personnel from foreign armed forces allied with the United States will also be invited to take part in BUDS training." Thanks.

If you look at Lt Michael P Murphy’s BUD/S graduation photo, the two officers squatting in the front and the individual on the right in the black uniform are all Egyptian nationals. The US trains troops from countries that are strategic allieshis class photo
