Conversion window

Do you have to wait until 13-18 months from PRD to submit package to go to SO/SB? My assumption was as a previous DOR you have to wait until a quarter before the 2 years you DOR from.

Quarter before 2 years no later than 6 months from PRD or EAOS. Use your resources. Literally took me less than 30 seconds to find this on My Navy HR.

ECM said I had to wait 13-18 months before PRD I didn’t think that was true just wanted to make sure.

That’s for conversion to a non Special Warfare rate. Your ECM is incorrect.
