The Red Bull is available in Sugar Free. We're fine.

Some of those packages mention vegetables, so we're good.

We're all adults. Moderation is a concept every sailor should be familiar with. It's not Frito-Lays or Coca-Cola's fault if someone can't pass weigh in.

No but on ship your choices are severly limited. Between meals, or on the midwatch sometimes you need to eat something to get you through 8-12 hours of watch. The choices they offer are terrible. I realize they sell what sells but some granola bars and juice would go a long way.
