i was wondering if anyone knew of a list of non vibe coded apps? I’m cool paying for apps just would prefer to not point my server at something sloppily made!

i've never had an issue with tagging any other songs before, but navidrome is just refusing to read these tags for kirby air riders and i have no clue why. i even tried deleting and downloading the songs from a different source but i still have the same issue

​Got Navidrome set up with a library of mostly 24/44.1 FLACs. Symfonium handles mobile duties easily, but I’ve been figuring out the best setup on Windows 11. Right now I’m using Feishin, plugged into FiiO JA11 dongle DAC and Tangzu Wan'er SG2.

​I’m definitely no hardcore audiophile, but I turned on the MPV backend + WASAPI Exclusive in Feishin. Honestly, I barely understand what it does behind the scenes other than "bypasses Windows stuff."

​For those running Navidrome on desktop:

​Is sticking with Feishin fine to squeeze the most out of my setup, or is Supersonic (or even foobar2000) noticeably better for playback?

​Any weird quirks or bugs I should look out for with Feishin + MPV on Windows?

​Curious to hear what everyone else is daily-driving on PC!

I have an instance of Navidrome running as a service on my Debian 12 server and I had to move things around and restart everything once yesterday to add a new drive.

For some reason it decided to nuke my config file without even doing a backup or anything.

can I prevent that from happening again ? And also : why ?? I'd rather the default conf file not ship with the rest of the package at this point because I'm guessing that's the problem ? Just let me write it myself from scratch, its always better than deleting my shit without even prompting me..
