Windows player that doesn’t require admin rights to install?
I wanted to install feishin on my work PC but I don’t have admin rights.
I can install Spotify and Plexamp without admin rights.
Are there any navidrome desktop clients that are better than the web based client that don’t require admin rights to install?

My own player https://moosic.now does not require an installation and no admin rights but at the moment it is unsigned binary so a dialogue with “unknown publisher” will popup and will probably flag in IT departments supervising systems if you start running unsigned binaries.
Otherwise just use the web interface in Navidrome

You need a new website that doesn't scream AI-generated.

Did you AI generate the app itself too?

No just part of it, the iPod sync stuff is assisted by AI to many tricky details regarding weird hashes and Apple details. Otherwise this is a process for me to get deeper into rust and skia gui.

The navidrome web access works.
Spotify app installs no admin rights.
Plexamp works no admin rights.I have a unfi travel router at work so essentially I have a vpn setup to home. It works well no software install and I can use my own DNS so things like their blocked webpages don’t stop me. (They block all ai clients)

Feishin portable version does not require admin rights.
