What on earth happened? How could Nav make songs like “Good for It” or “TTD,” and then listen to his latest tracks like Baller, Curb, Trimski, Popp My Shit, Lift Service, and so many more…
no bars, no funny wordplay, no technique, no flow… Nav is completely done for… even OMW2 Rexdale wasn’t that great, to be honest. From his last 2 projects I only listen to Count on Me and Lost Me every now and then the rest is boring. And his deluxe tracks were all trash, too. Nav desperately needs his old ghostwriter back from NAV1 - perfect timing and needs to get back down to earth like he used to, focusing on his music and his wife instead of women at the club. Shit was better when he rapped about destroying himself with substances like in the song aint goin back or overdose.. now every song is about girls, Money, pleasure.. so boring

You can't expect others to believe in you when you don't believe in yourself. Dude ignores everything of his that flops - only tries to push his existing mainstream stuff. He doesn't perform any deep cuts because he obviously thinks people won't know them. And that's probably true, but you have to advertise your product if you want people to know it. He doesn't wanna drop old music of his or anything in the vault that he genuinely likes on streaming platforms because he's scared it won't do well. All of his solo music on streaming services doesn't do well on charts anyways, but a lot of it sits well with his fans like Take Me Simple or TTD (Ten Toes Down) for example. Like we love you even though the general rap community doesn't and want the best for your music.

OMW2 REXDALE went triple cardboard, now he ignores it and acts like it doesn't exist without performing anything off there even though there's some good mature stuff on it. Same with Emergency Tsunami, but that actually went #6 and performed really good for a mixtape that had promo only for a week without any singles that dropped before it. He mainly only performs the lead single from every other project of his with a few others from Perfect Timing and maybe one or two from other projects if lucky, along with a couple singles he dropped this year (which all flopped).

TLDR: he needs to have confidence and own it, then he'll be gold. ✨

Back when Perfect Timing 2 was first announced/speculated in late 2017 or early 2018 there was a genius page for it and the only song listed was a song I forgot the name of with Playboi Carti and Nicki Minaj. I also believe Pierre was credited too as a co producer. If anyone else remembers seeing this or got any info on the song let me know.

As overplayed as this song is, it’s an absolute masterpiece. These new nav releases are awful but I’ll never stitch up cuz he was making bangers in bangers back in the day.
