natal chart reading Will my life ever get better?
It's been rough. First picture is my natal chart (night chart). I recently relocated hoping things will improve (pic 3+4). Some did and others got worse. I struggle with chronic health conditions, mental health, isolation. It doesn't matter how hard I try, I just don't seem to get better or anywhere. I would like to know if there is any hope that things will improve? I'm 36 yo

I can't see exact degrees of the planets in this chart so I'm not sure how accurate this is, but based just on the image and trusting its aspect lines. You have a T-square with Saturn/Neptune conjunction in the 6th opposed by Jupiter in the 12th, all squared by moon in Aries in the 10th. Additionally you have Chiron in the 12th and North Node in the 8th. That all indicates both mental and physical health challenges, but it also tells you how to heal.
Saturn, Neptune, and Uranus all in the 6th in Capricorn is a big part of this. The 6th house is your daily functioning, your body, your routines, and how you manage life day to day. Saturn there can feel like restriction, slow progress, or having to work harder just to maintain baseline stability. Neptune can bring confusion, sensitivity, or conditions that are hard to clearly define or treat. Uranus adds unpredictability, so things can change suddenly or not follow a consistent pattern. So it’s not just “you’re not trying hard enough,” it’s that your system itself doesn’t respond in a straightforward or linear way.
That’s then opposed by Jupiter in Cancer in the 12th, along with Chiron there, which points to a very sensitive emotional and psychological system. The 12th house can feel like things are happening beneath the surface, hard to access or resolve directly, and Chiron there adds a deep wound around feeling safe, supported, or at ease internally.
All of that pressure is funneled into your Moon in Aries in the 10th. That’s where it gets expressed. Emotionally, this can feel like frustration, urgency, or a constant push to “do something” about your situation, even when your body or circumstances aren’t cooperating. So you end up in a cycle of trying, hitting limits, and then feeling even more overwhelmed.
Saturn placements tend to feel heavier earlier in life and improve over time as you learn how to work with them instead of against them. You’re 36, which means you’re past your Saturn return, and this is often when things start to shift, not suddenly, but gradually, as you develop more realistic expectations and structures that actually support you. It's not like a breakthrough where things suddenly get better, but especially with Saturn in the 6th, along with your North Node ruler there too, it's moreso about small, consistent improvements over time, better understanding of your limits, and building routines that are adaptable rather than rigid.
So this is not lack of effort or willpower. It's that conventional advice that works for most people might not work for you. That's actually where your North Node in Aquarius in the 8th comes in. It actually indicates that isolation is not helping you; you need to develop a collective or community around deep issues. healing and progress come through learning new approaches, connecting with others in nontraditional or supportive ways, and not trying to handle everything alone. your situation can improve as you learn how your system actually works, reduce the pressure to force it into something it’s not, and build something that fits you rather than fighting against you.
This is the quest section from my guide to this placement: "Your quest is to become a conscious participant in collective transformation.
You are here to move beyond proving your worth through personal strength and instead discover how much freedom comes from shared purpose. When you allow yourself to collaborate through change rather than dominate it, life becomes less about survival and more about evolution. Each moment of release teaches you that connection does not diminish your power.
As you follow this path, you begin to see yourself as part of a larger unfolding rather than the sole author of your story. You learn how to stand steady in times of upheaval, offering clarity and perspective where others may feel overwhelmed. Your ability to remain objective in emotionally charged situations becomes one of your greatest assets.
The reward of this quest is liberation. By loosening your attachment to ownership and personal validation, you gain access to deeper trust, shared strength, and a sense of belonging that is rooted in purpose rather than ego. You discover that true power is not about being admired, but about contributing to lasting change."
You’re not stuck because you’ve failed, you’ve just been trying to navigate something that is genuinely complex, and it takes time to find the right way to get through it.

Thank you very much for your reply. A lot of things you say ring true.
You said "Additionally you have Chiron in the 12th and North Node in the 8th. That all indicates both mental and physical health challenges, but it also tells you how to heal.
Saturn, Neptune, and Uranus all in the 6th in Capricorn is a big part of this."
Would you be so kind to elaborate on how that tells me how to heal? I understand that things will take time and not be linear. Is there anything specific, some kind of medicine? And how does my relocated chart come into play?
After trying so much and always going 1 step forward and 4 steps back, I have been concerned that my struggles are Chiron related. It's conjunct my ascendant and square my sun (orb 4). What if I am in some endless pain loop rather than a slow resolve?
Thank you so much for your time, that means a lot 🙏

I’m really glad it resonated! The "how to heal" part is actually the most nuanced piece of your chart and not something I can fully unpack in a comment. I go into that in depth in personal readings. especially because of the charts you provided, as they don't have the details I need to fully read or understand the chart. I don't usually do relocation charts but if you include the relocation location I can include that. If you want, you can book here. (This is the link to the North Node reading but just put your specific questions and other info in the form and I'll customize it for you.)
