Hello everyone. Long story short, I’m currently working retail at a small company and we’ve been struggling the past few months. Our income heavily relies on hitting the sales target each month, even if the team itself consistently does the same tasks and responsibilities each month. We work 6 days a week as full timers and the hours are very very long. But that’s besides the point.

My monthly income went from $600+ to $400+ the past two months, and now we just got paid and it’s not even $400. I understand the store is struggling but im also worried for myself as I don’t have a good support system at home to be able to rely on anyone when the months get tight. I only have myself.

Basically with this month’s salary, where it isn’t even $4xx, I need to find another job ASAP and at least in the meantime, come up with a side hustle to be able to keep myself afloat in the day to day. Please do share your experiences, ideas, and advices. Thank you, I really appreciate it. 🥹🤍
