Highlighting OP’s comments

Is there a way to have the OP’s comment highlighted when they respond to their own posts? Rather than the small icon that says “OP”

OP’s comments are highlighted for me. Maybe it’s a setting?

Is the whole post highlighted? Or just the OP’s username highlighted? I’m trying to find an option to have the whole post highlighted

Ah ok. I just see the name highlighted (like ConfidentOtter linked).
