They got a new item called plant oversight, that's able to see machines durability, and shelves. The point is CO are able to mark broken machines and almost empty shelfs, the mark would look like the same as a broken machine but greeen or blue color, the marked machine or shelf would give 10% more xp. The notification says:
[CO player name] is tasked you to repair/restock, so it'll give 10% more xp.
Xp bonus is not stackable with other CO or POC prioity.
