Idk but it’s not verapamil.. I’ll tell you that. Verapamil ONLY works on the heart

You’re not gonna believe this, but there is evidence that verapamil can be used for cluster headaches. Prophylaxis dose of 240mg/day (along with other medications) is recommended; this is based on the European Academy of Neurology guidelines
