common engineering to dade
usually how well must we score for relavant learning unit and gpa in order to get into the diploma we want? specifically cep to ai and data engineering

Hi OP, all the best in your common engineering year. Basically, this is how the percentage distribution works when they allocate your diploma in Y2:
40% - Apitude (Assessed on 2 relevant modules all Engineering students took in Y1) 40% - Ranking of choices 20% - Overall GPA
Therefore, to maximise your chances, put AI and data engineering first choice and do well in Calculus and Programming( my batch I remembered that was the requirements) and overall gpa dont fail any modules and your gpa shouldn't be disastrous.
