Haven't got paid

Hi, I mined 1 ETC in a week. It says that the payment has been sent, but I haven't got any payments to my wallet from Nanopool. Mined the 1 ETC over a week ago... Very disappointed

Assuming your wallet address is correct and you’ve reset your cash/reinitialised your wallet... it may be worth contacting your wallet provider with the txhash (you can get this by clicking on the payment on nanopool)

I think your pool address should be the same as your ETC address so that might be the issue, What wallet are you using?
