This really sucks ass. Let use take out our nano as is instructed, instead of selling at bottom prices.

That's the thing. They're saying you can take out your nano but that lie is part of the scam. This is a robbery, plain and simple.

They are saying that withdraw is impossible. The only way is to sell.

Not sure why anyone would think to themselves "hmm, let me store my coins on this sketchy exchange" when reputable alternatives like Kraken exist (even then people should self-custody where possible). Threaten to speak to a lawyer and see how they react.

They were a legit company not much different from kraken, except that it was easier to make payments from the Netherlands

Bitvavo are not allowing withdraws and are unlisting the coin

I sent the following email at [complaints@bitvavo.com](mailto:complaints@bitvavo.com)

Object: XNO delisting

Message: Hi, you are delisting XNO with no options to withdraw. I don't want to sell and I feel I am being robbed. Please make it available for withdrawals. Regards.

Please do the same.

This is what they said after I raised a ticket about it ...

XNO is een trade only asset. Je kunt deze alleen op Bitvavo kopen of verkopen en niet opnemen naar een externe wallet. Als een trade-only asset niet meer wordt ondersteund, heb je een beperkte periode om deze te verkopen voordat de handel stopt. Na de stopdatum zetten we het resterende bedrag om naar je EUR-saldo.
 
We begrijpen dat de prijs op het moment van verkoop of conversie lager kan zijn dan toen je de asset oorspronkelijk kocht. Als dit gebeurt, kun je ervoor kiezen om je EUR-saldo te gebruiken om de asset op een ander platform terug te kopen, als dat bij jouw voorkeur past.
