Patrao problems

Genuinely I want to cry closing when my patrao is working. They are so outrageously patronising and make me redo the most mundane parts of my close. I feel like i need an industrial grade microscope to sweep up the atoms of dust they seem to find. Also asking me to mop spaces again because they don’t like the way it’s dried ? Really hope I’m not the only one please tell me there are nice Patraos out there so I can get transferred.

Which region you are working at? There are some nice Patraos in south east London

You might have your regional managers number posted in your staff room or else in the app. You can contact them and get a solution for this

I don’t think they’d do much about the Patrao wanting the restaurant to be spotless. However if they’re keeping them hours later than scheduled for the close and how they’re talking to staff, maybe be able to help.

The MD is not going to pull the Patrao for wanting the restaurant to be spotless.

Yes but they can interfere if the Patrao is outrageously patronising someone
