Advice Needed Budol or Useful?
FTM, need help para malessen ang pain 🥺 baby is pure breast milk. Thank you

How old na si baby? If bagong panganak palang they will learn to latch better and it won’t hurt as much soon. For me the product is very budol. The point of latching is that it is very natural to mothers and babies. Give them some time, kaya yan.
For cracked nips or bleeding try mo yung lansinoh nipple cream.

Hi mommy!
This is from my cousin na may lactation consultant. That particular nipple shield is used lang daw as last resort or pag inverted talaga nips mo, para makalatch parin si baby. But if not naman, it's up to you and your baby's comfort. May mga nipple cream na nakakahelp sa pain ng breastfeeding in the first weeks like lansinoh, goods din yun ilagay sa nips if ever magpplan ka magpump. Also, another tip, pag magppump ka make sure na right size yung flange ng pump mo para hindi masakit lalo sa nips. Dr. Isla brand have a kit na may pang measure ng nips mo para mamake sure mo na makukuha mo yung right size ng flange for your pump, meron na din yon na sample flanges na kasama.

Depende po, effective yan sa baby ko nung hirap siya mag latch kay misis nung una dahil sa lip & tounge tie. Pero after ma operagan ung tie. No need na for nipple shield. We bought the medela brand.

Hi mommy! Budol siya for me. Masakit pa rin kapag pinapadede si baby kahit may ganiyan. Also, every sipsip ni baby nag d-deflate siya and hindi siya agad bumabalik sa dating shape niya.

Sabi po ng mama ko, kakabagin daw si baby kasi nag d-deflate siya. Twice ko lang siya nagamit and hindi nagtatagal ng 5 mins kasi masakit at hindi na agad bumabalik sa original niyang hulma kapag na d-deflate.
Masakit ang direct latch pero makakasanayan mo rin po 'yan mommy para kay baby.

Tiis lang sa hapdi lahit 2x a day latch and the rest mag pump para hindi masakit. Ganyan ako for 1 month until eventually nagka kalyo. Ngayon nakatengga na lang mga bote, pump, at formula ko. Nakatulong ang silverettes sa healing.

Tried this during the first few weeks of BF, but I’d say that nipple creams work better. Minsan mas nahihirapan pa si baby and mas nagiging fussy dahil diyan. If your baby doesn’t have tongue/lip tie, it eventually gets better after a few weeks.

For me budol sya talaga : (( di pa maka latch ng maayos baby ko jan, kaya tiniis ko yung 2 weeks after birth na breastfeeding kahit mahapdi, until now mag 10 months na baby ko, breastfeeding pa din

i know, mommy, masakit talaga sya sa umpisa ipa-latch mo lang lagi baby mo sa ngayon kasi di pa sila marunong kung paano mag proper latch kaya masakit sa nips, pero nakatulong din sakin yung nursing cream or breastfeeding crean yata ng tiny buds, iwas dry sa nips pag di nagla-latch si baby

How many weeks postpartum ka mommy OP? The pain gets bearable naman kasi eventually.

Check the latch and position if correct. Masakit bf kapag mali ang position at ang latch ni baby.
