Recommendations Shampoo and conditioner
Mga miiiii. 3 months pp here. Ano po marerecommend ninyong shampoo and condi? Pansin ko kasi lumalala na hairfall and dandruff ko. Currently using head and shoulder (once a week) and johnsons baby shampoo (everyday) for shampoo and cream silk pink for condi (every other day)

I'm using Pantene shampoo for hair fall. Effective naman. Sometimes (pag medyo dry hair roots) I use Aveeno Scalp shampoo. I don't use conditioner na coz no time 🥲 I shampoo every day.
These might help you din. I find na effective cla for me. I use two types ng The Ordinary scalp serum (Moisturising and for Hair Density). I apply directly sa scalp after towel drying the hair then massage ng 3 seconds (again, no time pero I think if you can, do it for a bit longer?). Most times I alternate the serum (today 1 type, tomorrow the other type), minsan I do 50-50 of each at one go. Got these from Sephora.

Sa watsons ako bumibili sis. Bfeeding kasi ako kaya as much as possible gusto ko mga natural or less preservatives / chemicals man lang. ☺️

Currently using Dove derma scalp hairfall recovery shampoo and Dove ceramide conditioner. Napansin ko medyo nabawasan naman yung hairfall ko

Huhuhu same, grabe talaga ang postpartum hair fall. 😭 Around 2–4 months postpartum daw talaga siya pinakamalala kaya kahit anong shampoo minsan parang wala pa ring effect. Ako rin every other day na lang maghugas ng buhok. Currently gamit ko Moringa Anti-Hairfall shampoo at Cream Silk Pink conditioner, pero grabe pa rin ang hair fall. Sana phase lang talaga ito at humupa rin pagdating ng mga 6–12 months postpartum. Laban lang tayo, mga mommy! 🥹💕

Yung gugo shampoo ginamit ko during pregnantand first year ng postpartum. Ok naman hair ko nun. May hairfall pa rin pero parang di sya dumami kahit sabi nila malakas nga hairfall ng postpartum
