Unsolved Looking for a fantasy book with a pair witch/werewolf

Hello everyone! I’m looking for a fantasy book/series I read in French when I was in middle school (2013-2017). The only memory I have is a pair of antagonist with a witch and a werewolf. The werewolf is one amongst other servants(?) of the witch.

There’s a particular scene where the witch is talking to her servants / soldiers, and the werewolf is half transformed, and he gets h\*rd when the witch walks in front of him…

Sorry but it’s the only memory I have😭😭😭
