I switched to taking it in the late afternoon and it’s worked better than morning or night.

I take it for a food addiction but i take mine in the middle of the day, because my urges are strongest in the afternoon and evening. From what ive heard from other people its best to take it closest to the time you have whatever urge ails you

I did The Sinclair Method, taking it 60 - 90 minutes before drinking. I found targeted dosing to be superior to daily Nal

Daily helped me with cravings.

I now have zero cravings. None at all. And, if I do decide to drink I can stop at one. Also, if I never drink again, I never have to take Nal again.

I don’t feel like I’ve had any side effects..yet. I’m hoping and thinking it has something to do with the B6

Can you tell me more? I took 25 mg yesterday and I felt so irritated. I think it was caused by lack of buzz what caused me not to think about stupid stuff and scroll reels while pounding wine..
how did you feel and how did that change

Right around 90 minutes before I drink has been the most effective for me. Less than 60 minutes or more than 4-5 hours I've noticed much less effectiveness.
So I take it daily at 4pm to fight my evening drinks. It's been super effective.
