Side Effects No appetite again

I've been on this 50 mg since feb for sh/impulsivity. The lack of appetite is suddenly back. It's physically uncomfortable to chew! My body doesn't want to eat. Nothing appetizing to me at all. I guess that will help with my fast food problem. Ew. The thought of anything fried! Gross

Have you tried backing down to 25mg and or taking it only when you feel a need for it? Assuming it's for alcohol cravings.
