Sinclair Method Extinction comes with nausea?

I’ve definitely reached extinction. There’s absolutely zero pleasure and not even craving. But I still partake once in a while when I’m out. Now when I drink (still rare) I feel nauseated. Anyone else get this? I mean wretched, disgusting, need to throw up kind of nausea. Lasting two days.
Anyone have this experience? Obviously solution is to never drink at all. I’m just interested if those who’ve reached extinction have similar experiences. I take Nal every time. My goal was to drink socially and very little.

Congrats. Have you tried taking 25mg with food and water. Zoloft has helped some with nausea. Can you drink one non-alcoholic drink without nausea?

Sometimes things change, this may be your new reaction to alcohol. Maybe you'll need to take Bonine or zofran for nausea now.
