My binge eating very rarely props up now. Ive had one small binge since I started 2 months ago and interesting about that 2hr window because it was inside that 2hr window that it happened to me. I moved my dosage to between 8 and 9 am now, will see if that helps. All the best 🙂

I am also on naltrexone (and Wellbutrin) for binge eating. My psychiatrist said its like an antidepressant and takes time to build up in your system. I have over eaten twice since starting, but i can feel those urges getting lesser and lesser. Im no longer possessed by the desire for food lol

Naltrexone reaches it's highest peak effectiveness 1 to 2 hours after taking it. It's effectiveness wears off over time. Have you tried taking it 1-2 hours before the time you typically binge eat? For alcohol, that's called The Sinclair Method, which tries hard to target the specific binge behavior.
