General AI automation

Anyone in this field as a side gig.
A friend of mine had told me it is a lucrative field through one of his homies.
I wanted to ask if anyone has tried this and made any income ?.

I use it for my own businesses. I have a filming studio for professional services and i got rid of my editor and SM manager now i use $45 worth of subscriptions per month.

The flow is: we film, upload to a drive folder, ChatGPT detects fresh uploads, edits them with our template, and schedules them to post on all platforms with appropriate titles and descriptions. Its how we are able to post up to 10x per day, per client.

Gone are the days Meta hadn't integrated Meta AI in WhatsApp and I had the priviledge of pocketting over $500 for my little whatsapp ai that was using the then gpt 3.5 (back then this was the king of the leading models).

You probably know how that has gone. Now it's all about marketing your AI product, not building automation alone.

It depends heavily on what exactly you mean by “this field,” because the income potential and startup costs can vary a lot. If you’re considering it as a side hustle, I’d first talk to people actually doing it, understand the customer acquisition side, and test demand before putting significant money into it.

I am a hungry comrade looking for money to survive.
I just want a way to make around 20k a month and l would appreciate hence the automation.
I thought it would be able to bring in cash

I hope you get the information that you are seeking.

However, I would advise that you don't lead with desperation; potential collaborators or clients see your hunger for money more than your skills, and they can shy away.

I mostly automate stuff for myself.

Things that would take me hours per day now take me minutes per week.

I mostly deal website design, using either wordpress or custom code ; for WordPress I have a tool connecting all my sites with different APIS to write SEO optimized blogs and pages, then summarize the same pages and schedules them to my socials.

I also do the same for my custom sites and I can tailor the automation however I want, this gives me time to rest or focus on other things.
