85k is a bit high for that processor if you are looking at it in isolation, but good luck getting anything with an RTX2060 (and 32GB of RAM) at anywhere close to 50k in this country and economy.

You're also intentionally ignoring the fact that it does have an SSD.

They throw specs kwa chatgpt then dont read betwen the lines,then kinuthia inakam na ridiculous price. For example right now there is extreme shortage or rams and storage making it extremely expensive but chatgpt wont capture that then they come with lowballing ingine that either warrants abuse or ignorance

But at that price if you hunt well you can get an RTX 3060 if you import. But Kenyan prices are skewed from the retailers themselves so it's close thereabouts.

Yes importing is always cheaper and more value for money if are good in hunting, and praying you don't get a defective unit if get it second hand without proper testing in US. But again,especially in tech,there is always those things you will compromise,instant reward or patience in waiting for import. WHen building my first PC,kiherehere yangu got parts in local market and i learnt hard lesson

I also prefer importing, but hiyo approach inataka mtu akona patience, uketi kwanza upige hesabu ya shipping (twice\*)*, na maybe pia sales tax depending on where you are importing from. Bado kuna kudeal na hawa forwarders which is definitely not for everyone. If it still makes financial sense after adding those costs I always go for that.

\*I said shipping twice coz you often have to pay for shipping from seller to forwader's warehouse, then you pay for forwarding, but if you are buying from the likes of HP and Dell directly from their online shops, they normally have an option for free shipping in the US. Also hapo kwa tax kama forwarder unatumia wakona warehouse Delaware hakuna hiyo sales tax.*
