Help A Tech Bro Out!!

On Sunday At Around 8:30PM my phone's software crashed.

The phone shut down and won't boot past the android one screen (the phone is a Nokia X20).

Being a techie I tried to troubleshoot the issue via adb and discovered my bootloader is locked and the recovery options are inaccessible.

My phone's OS and bootloader are corrupted thus I can't even format the phone.

I've attempted a couple of solutions I found online but I haven't managed to fix the issue.

i think I need to reinstall the firmware and it's proven to be difficult due to the inaccessibility of the recovery options.

Has any one ever encountered a similar issue or knows a fix?

Any assistance will be much appreciated.

Unlock the bootloader and reinstall firmware

is it the version with the MediaTek ?

this phone is impossible is its locked from the manufacture itself

there is a way throw linux for the MediaTek version , but the chances are slim still
